I had an amazing experience at Eco Luxury Hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center. The tours organized by the hotel were well-planned and enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mrs. Anne, the Front Office Manager. She took care of all my travel needs, from arranging train tickets to organizing transfers. Mrs. Anne's professionalism and pleasant personality made my vacation in Vietnam truly unforgettable. I am grateful for her assistance and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Hanoi.
