i was utterly unsatisfied with my stay. the power plugs barely worked, and the shower setup is baffling for anyone taller than 5 ft, ridiculous! i also expected a complimentary upgrade for my time, but i guess the staff doesn’t believe in actual customer service. i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Anna at reception, who made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi with our kiddo, making it easy to walk to all the attractions.
My kids wished for more amenities tailored for families.

the staffs were super nice and helped us a lot during the typhoon, they even gave us bread when the city had no power! the breakfast was full of fresh fruits and those banana pancakes were yummm. the room was really clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and good vibes. also, loved the location in the old quarter, perfect for exploring and only a short walk to cool spots.

Incredible staff and cozy vibes!
We thought we'd just chill for 1 night but ended up staying 2! The staff were super nice, even delivered a lost item to our next hotel. The breakfast was lit—fresh fruit and banana pancakes were the bomb! Only hitch was that the bathroom could get a bit cramped, but overall, it was an awesome stay.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to popular sites, and I appreciated the complementary water and toiletries. the room lacked adequate cleanliness and was far from the pictures shown online. despite the friendliness of the staff, my requests for assistance with the room's issues went unanswered, leaving a disappointing impression of the service provided despite the potential of the establishment.
